Project Details

Description

Trait Entitlement: Identity Construction and Life Strategies
This research project systematically examines the self-construal patterns in regard to psychological entitlement and its impact on career orientation and workplace behaviour for the first time. Through three interconnected empirical studies, the research explores how this personality trait differs from grandiose narcissism and identifies specific patterns of identity construction and life strategies.

The project bridges fundamental personality research with practical applications in occupational and organizational contexts. By employing diverse assessment methods and validating findings in real-world work environments, the research contributes to both theoretical advancement in personality psychology and improved understanding of interpersonal dynamics in professional settings.
