Evaluating a Novel 6-Week Group Therapy for Psychiatric Patients in Emerging Adulthood at UK Tulln – A Pilot Study

Description

The goal of this intervention study is to gain insights into the effects of the newly established transition group at UK Tulln on mental well-being, protective factors and experiences during emerging adulthood. This group is led by social pedagogues and focuses on developing life skills and general everyday competencies. To assess the effects, questionnaires are administered before and after the final group session. The length of participation is either 3 or 6 weeks, depending on the type of stay for the patients.
