Project Details

Description

The project represents the first step in the preparation of an evidence-based development of a clinical unit. The aim is to develop a concept for transitional psychiatric care based on scientific and grey literature and on the experiences and opinions of stakeholders, which can serve as a basis for the development of such a unit. Young people with mental health problems, i.e. experts from their own experience, relatives and professionals from the fields of child and adolescent, adult and transitional psychiatry are actively involved in the development of the concept according to the OIS principle. This includes research activities, data preparation and analysis, development of interview guidelines and participation in co-development workshops. In this way, a service and research concept is developed in several feedback rounds and co-development workshops. In the process, reflections on future research questions for the clinical research institutions will also be made. The project is financially supported by the second Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement Call of the Ludwig Boltzmann Society's OIS Center.
