Alles Clara Quality II

As part of the Alles Clara Quality II project, the scientific monitoring of Alles Clara, a digital support service for family caregivers in Austria, is being continued. Based on the findings of the Alles Clara - Realist Evaluation (2022-2023) and Alles Clara - Quality and Practice Development in Person-Centered, Digital Counselling (2024) projects, the focus is on the sustainable safeguarding and further development of high-quality, person-centered counselling.
The central components of the project are, on the one hand, the continuous monitoring of user data, user behavior and user feedback, and, on the other hand, the scientific monitoring of the facilitator role introduced in 2024. This acts as a connecting element between guidance practice, research and project coordination and plays a key role when it comes to strengthening the quality of guidance in the long term through continuous reflection, accompanied active learning and systematic quality monitoring.
