Alles Clara III

As part of the Alles Clara Quality III project, the research support for Alles Clara—a digital support service for family caregivers in Austria—will continue. Building on the findings of the projects “Alles Clara – Realist Evaluation” (2022–2023) and “Alles Clara – Quality and Practice Development in Person-Centered, Digital Counseling” (2024), the focus is on the sustainable assurance and further development of high-quality, person-centered counseling. The goal is to further expand continuous evaluation and quality development based on existing findings and established models. Quantitative and qualitative surveys are planned for this purpose. After the 2025 project, Alles Clara Quality II, focused on counselors’ perspectives on quality and quality development, the 2026 project will shift the focus to the perspectives of those seeking advice. This is intended to further refine the understanding of how Alles Clara works and to examine the quality of counseling from the users’ perspective.
