PCP-ICOP: Person-centred Practice International Community of Practice (External organisation)

Description

It is an international community of higher education, health and care organizations (organizational members) and individual members interested in advancing knowledge in the field of person-centredness. The ICoP is registered in the UK as a Community Interest Company (CIC).

We see person-centeredness as key to understanding what care is and how care works. We are therefore interested in developing a broad theoretical foundation of person-centered care, appropriate methodological approaches and methods, and interventions for the development of practice. The ICoP offers a platform for professional exchange, discussion and further development of this fundamental topic.
